Dentalsoft and Orthalis (together SignalSoft or the “Group”) are the two leading French developers and publishers of orthodontic practice management softwares, encompassing patient monitoring, business features and integration of administrative functions.

SignalSoft is positioned as an all-in-one service provider offering management software and related equipment, covering all critical needs for both practitioners and assistants.

The collaborative efforts of Apera and Extens have resulted in a tailored financing solution for the acquisition of Dentalsoft and Orthalis through a Unitranche Facility to support the Group in its next chapter of growth.
