Apera supports EOS Partners in the acquisition of Drooms

Apera Asset Management ("Apera"), a leading pan-European mid-market private debt investor, is delighted to announce the successful arrangement of bespoke debt facilities for Drooms (or the "Company"). This financing supports the acquisition through funds advised by EOS Partners GmbH (or “EOS”).

Apera has structured a tailored financing solution for EOS and Drooms comprising a unitranche facility alongside an acquisition facility to support the Company's buy-and-build strategy.
